Where can I buy tickets for Pavilhão Atlântico events?
You can always buy your tickets at any sales office of the blueticket box office network, namely www.blueticket.pt ; Pavilhão Atlântico box offices, open daily from 1:00 to 7:00 PM, Fnac Stores (Almada, Cascais, Chiado, Colombo, Norte Shopping, Gaia Shopping, Stª Catarina. Algarve Shopping, Viseu, Madeira, Braga, Alfragide and Coimbra), El Corte Inglés Store (Lisboa and Gaia), Agência ABEP-Show Tickets Office, Agência Alvalade- Show Tickets Office, Arena de Portimão, Media Markt Stores (Benfica, Alfragide, Sintra, Leiria, Aveiro, Braga, Porto, Rio Tinto ), Turismo de Lisboa Stores (Lisbon Airport and Praça do Comércio), and via call center 707 780 000.
How can I pay for my tickets at Pavilhão Atlântico box offices?
You can pay by cash or Debit Card valid for Portugal’s Multibanco ATM and POS network.
Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
It depends on ticket availability, as this is subject to the promoters making tickets available for sale on the day of the event. When available, tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis through the Pavilhão Atlântico box office network, namely: www.blueticket.pt ; www.pavilhaoatlantico.pt; FNAC Stores; El Corte Inglés Stores; Agência ABEP-Show Tickets Office; Agência Alvalade-Show Tickets Office; Media Markt or other box offices arranged by the promoter in question. Can I collect my tickets at the Pavilhão Atlântico Box Office and come back later for the event?
Yes. Access to the box offices is separate from the entrance doors to Pavilhão Atlântico.
I bought tickets for friends who cannot make it to the event after all. Can I get a refund?
No. Tickets and ticket sales offices expressly state that tickets are not refundable and may not be exchanged.
How can I get a refund for my tickets if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled and you bought your tickets using the internet, your credit card will be automatically reimbursed for the amount you paid. This credit transaction should take 5 to 10 days to register in your account. If you acquired your tickets at one of the sales outlets in the Pavilhão Atlântico ticket sales network, you can obtain a refund from the same outlet up to 30 days following the date planned for the event.
If the event is postponed, should I give back my tickets?
No, only if you wish to return them.
Can I get the list containing information on upcoming events?
The latest information is available at www.pavilhaoatlantico.pt. If you register with the newsletter programme, you can receive regular information according to the preferences you indicated upon registration, whenever a new event is confirmed.
Can Pavilhão Atlântico cater for people with impaired mobility (e.g., using a wheel chair)?
All shows hosted at Pavilhão Atlântico specifically cater for people with impaired mobility. The venue provides a sector that is especially equipped for the disabled – “Ramps”. This section provides seats for their escorts as well. Pavilhão Atlântico’s parking facilities reserve 5 parking bays per show which have been designed to cater for specially adapted vehicles used by people with impaired mobility. Our staff will be present at those bays to assist you and escort you to your seats, and they will again assist you in getting to your car at the end of the show. Get a Parking Permit for the Pavilhão Atlântico parking lot at Pavilhão Atlântico box offices or by e-mail to info@pavilhaoatlantico.pt prior to the show. There are other parking facilities in the area providing disabled parking bays.
Can I take food and/or drink into the Pavilhão Atlântico?
Pavilhão Atlântico has various bars and kiosks where you can enjoy a snack.
Are there age restrictions for admission to events?
Please check the event details. According to legislation, only children with 3 years old or more are allowed to enter to shows and must have a ticket.
Is there a service charge for on-line sales?
A fee of 6% is charged on the total cost of the transaction.
Are tickets bought at www.pavilhaoatlantico.pt identical to those bought at the Pavilhão Atlântico Box Office and other sales outlets?
No. All tickets sold through www.pavilhaoatlantico.pt have an exclusive format unique to this means of sale.
How many tickets can I buy per order?
At www.pavilhaoatlantico.pt, on the blueticket platform, the maximum number of tickets that you can buy per transaction is ten (10). At the sales outlets in the blueticket ticket sales network, you can buy as many tickets as you like unless there are clear indications otherwise.
Can my tickets be picked up by someone else?
Yes. If you made your purchase and selected pick-up from AT THE VENUE BOX OFFICE , the person who picks them up must bring the proof of purchase, as well as one of three forms of i.d. (identity card, passport or driving license). For security reasons, the proof of purchase will be kept and a signature will be required to confirm the transaction.
